The Synapse360 Solution
Our initial evaluation and analysis stage led us to create a virtual desktop infrastructure solution running on hyper-converged architecture. We replaced their existing desktop hardware with thin client terminals, which are managed and supported centrally, to significantly reduce user support overheads.
