Double Triumph: Synapse360 crowned 'Dell Platinum Partner of the Year'

Synapse360 have achieved Platinum Partner of the Year status for the second consecutive year at the Dell Technologies Partner Awards.

Hosted at the Royal Horse guards Hotel in London this year, Dell’s annual award ceremony celebrates the partnerships Dell has with their certified partners and is a showcase of collaboration between the global tech giant and its UK partners.

In 2023, we have achieved 10 portfolio competencies, 6 solution competencies and 3 services competencies with Dell recognising Synapse360 for our converged/hyperconverged infrastructure, data protection, networking, server, and storage services.

Our Managing Director Steve Douglas, expressed his gratitude and excitement of winning this award, saying, “Wow, the news is still sinking in that Synapse360 has been recognised as Dell Platinum Partner of the Year 2023. That’s two years on the bounce, demonstrating that the team here isn’t standing still; we’re holding that hard-earned advantage in a super competitive partner market. The event also saw two of our fabulous team members, Simon Partridge and Andy Twiggs, shortlisted for individual awards – Simon for the Pre-Sales Architect Award and Andy for Salesperson of the Year.
