Our Partnership
Synapse has specialised in data protection since 1999. Druva is one of the platforms we build on, and we hold Elite partner status — Druva’s highest tier. In 2026 Druva named us their Dell International Partner of the Year, recognising the joint business we deliver together.
For customers, the partnership means Druva is not just something we can sell you. It is a platform our own engineers deploy, run and recover from should the worst happen, for organisations including financial services, NHS foundation trusts, law firms, housing associations and local government.

Our partnership with Druva
We hold Elite status, Druva’s highest partner tier, and we work with Druva through two routes. Customers can purchase through either route:
Directly with Druva: As an Elite Partner, we can design, deploy, integrate and manage Druva’s SaaS based backup platform across AI Resilience, Identity Resilience, Cyber Resilience and Data Resilience – covering all basis of customers cyber-resilience needs on-premise, hybrid or natively in Azure/AWS.
Through Dell: Dell Technologies PowerProtect Backup Services is powered by Druva technology and as a Dell Titanium Partner as well as a Druva Elite partner, we deliver and support it under either badge, depending on the infrastructure which is exactly the joint work the Partner of the Year award recognises.
Being on both sides is unique selling point of ours, and it means the commercial/infrastructure route can follow whatever suits you rather then whatever suits us.

Restore targets do not have to be limited to one model. They can sit on Synapse-owned Tier 3 infrastructure, in a customer’s cloud environment such as AWS or Azure, or across a hybrid estate with some workloads still on-premise. That means the recovery position can be designed around how the customer actually operates, rather than forcing every environment into the same target.
